ANZSJA Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Working Practice:

The ANZSJA code of ethics and guidelines for working practice are required to be known and adhered to by all ANZSJA members and trainees, both in relation to analysands and to colleagues. The Code covers professional responsibilities to deal clearly and fairly in initiating, conducting, and terminating treatment; to respect boundaries and confidentiality; to be scrupulous not to exploit; to be sensitive to cultural matters. It also requires respectful and fair dealings between colleagues, and the maintenance of a high standard of professional development and integrity.

In the case of perceived misconduct towards an analysand or colleague, ANZSJA has procedures to hear and respond to complaints.
The ANZSJA Code of Ethics Document is available Here.
